We do not knowingly collect special personal information or the personal information of children.
We use contact-form information solely to respond to your enquiry and to provide the services you ask about — processed on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to you. We use analytics to operate, secure and improve our website, on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a functional, well-performing site, balanced against your privacy (which is why the analytics is cookieless and non-identifying).
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our analytics sets no cookies. We honour your browser's “Do Not Track” setting, and you can opt out of analytics entirely at any time using the control below — your choice is remembered on your device.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. Your information is stored on our own server infrastructure [hosting provider / location to be inserted]. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights.
We keep contact enquiries only as long as needed to handle your request and for our legitimate business records, after which they are deleted. Analytics records are retained in aggregate for trend analysis and are not linked to an identifiable person.
Access to enquiry data is restricted to authorised personnel behind an authenticated back office. Passwords are stored using strong one-way hashing, sessions are protected, the site is served over HTTPS, and submissions are validated and rate-limited. Backups are taken regularly.
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to: be told what personal information we hold about you and to access it; request that we correct or delete information that is inaccurate, irrelevant, excessive or out of date; object to the processing of your information; and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise any of these, email info@nanocore.co.za and we will respond within a reasonable period.
If you believe we have not handled your information lawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (South Africa).
